1. Introduction
By registering for the Entrepreneurship Development Scholarship Program (EDSP), co-sponsored by
NABARD & NSDC and implemented by the Institute for Industrial Development (IID), you agree
to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting your interest
form.
2. Eligibility
The program is open to students, youth, women entrepreneurs, rural entrepreneurs, existing
business owners, and aspiring startups who meet the eligibility criteria defined by the program
administrators. Submission of an interest form does not guarantee selection or enrollment.
3. Program Benefits
Selected participants may receive access to entrepreneurship training, counseling, incubation
support, handholding, exposure to 50+ business models, and assistance with bankable project
reports. Actual benefits may vary based on program phase, sector, and individual assessment.
4. Information You Provide
You agree that all information submitted through this form is accurate and complete to the best
of your knowledge. Providing false or misleading information may result in disqualification
from the program.
5. Privacy & Communication
Your contact details may be used by IID and its partners to communicate about the scholarship
program, training schedules, and related updates. Your data will be handled in accordance with
applicable privacy laws and will not be sold to third parties.
6. Program Changes
NABARD, NSDC, and IID reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the
program, including timelines, curriculum, or support services, without prior notice. Continued
participation after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
The program organizers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
arising from participation. Business outcomes depend on individual effort, market conditions,
and external factors beyond the program's control.
8. Acceptance
By checking the agreement box and submitting the form, you confirm that you have read,
understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
